[nzlug] Recommendation for office laptop setup

There will be a couple of Windows boxes, but majority, including the 
laptops, will be linux only. Samba was nice and convenient for setting 
up the network shares for both OS's. Currently there is one windows PC 
and it is not fully participating on the network (network mounts only, 
no profiles/authentication etc)
