i think that is the point.
by popular opinion, a computer does include windows.

at least, it does include an operating system.
which operating system that is, is a question of supply and demand.

and for a reseller it comes down to selling what's available.
if manufacturers don't offer computers with linux, then you can't expect
a retailer to offer them.

but now matter how you look at it, the demand for computers with linux
seems to be growing, and the offers too. it just takes longer than we
would like it to.
