[nzlug] nfs share not available to kubuntu clients

No flaming wonder I was confused - it seems that the nfs service wasn't
starting on bootup. I didn't check - because some machines could mount
shares... but this was an illusion: the "shares" were just empty file
handles (or whatever they're called)... trying to open a file showed the
difference.

Lesson: check assumptions.
