If you want to go with a full stack, then look at something like Zimbra
or Scalix. They are intended to be drop-in exchange replacements, via
use of a plugin to Outlook. Scalix offers 25 premium seats in the
community edition (ie, 25 fully-integrated outlook clients). They both
allow webbased access and have Evolution plugins (I think for scalix,
definitely for Zimbra).
One downside is they both more or less take over the OS they are
installed on. It's probably possible to install them alongside existing
services, but I've found it much easier to install them into a VM be
done with it.
Scalix 11 has just been released, i'm in the process of testing it.
