not that one, but i just got a t5725.
a bit more expensive and more power, it comes with an 'uptodate' debian
stable (ok, that's not really uptodate, but as new as it gets for
debian at this point) on a 512MB CF card.

it was very easy to set up. basicly just hook in and run.
i can't tell you anything about the software that comes with it 
other than that the desktop (for the root user) features links to setup,
usermanagment, synaptic, firefox and a few other things.
(i can check what else is installed for anyone interested)

i am using the thing as a diskless application level proxy server. (for
that i had to install ssh, mail and proxy servers of course...)

but even as a regular workstation with home maybe nfs mounted, the 512MB
would be sufficient to install all the applications that i need daily
(which does not include bulky things like openoffice :-)
