Other than that ... there's no doubt some form of PHP/Perl/Ruby/ 
Whatever platform that will allow customers to upload and download  
files.

Aside from the security issues ... oh, that and some implementations  
of NAT / Firewalls enjoy breaking FTP something chronic....
