I know a bloke whose business is designing solutions just like this. He
is currently putting together a machine that will plant tomatoes for
the USA at 4 per second per row from trays of 20. I'll contact him
tomorrow and see if he is interested.

Would a reflective silver paint spray bomb work easier?
