[nzlug] When Grub clobbers other grub.conf files

Don't worry too much about the other files. Just leave them as is.
Updating the menu.lst is exactly the same as feeding grub boot
commands on the GRUB line so edits to menu.lst ROOT KERNEL INITRD will
let you set up whatever systems. They can even be in the same
partition. Windows needs the chainloader comand
ROOT
CHAINLOAD +1
and you should be good to go. Test the commands on the Grub terminal
and if they work there add them to whatever menu.lst grub is reading.
