I haven't tried Xen on Gutsy myself (Xen 3.0.3 on Debian Etch so far),
but I have noticed lots of other people on the Xen list having major
trouble with Xen domUs on Gutsy.

I think the Xen hypervisor is still maintained (at least up to 3.1) on
2.6.18, and any distros that supply newer kernels do a lot of forward
porting themselves.

As much as I like Ubuntu, I get a nagging feeling that their stability
and QA is suffering with each new release. I would like to be wrong
about that though.

I'm considering trying out Centos 5.1 as platform for Xen 3.1 (shudder) ;)
