[nzlug] Keyboard layout options...

I just use quicklaunch shortcuts to setxkbmap (this should be installed
by default with most distros). 'setxkbmap dvorak' and 'setxkbmap us' are
all that's required, and very easy to use. Takes effect immediately,
across the entire X session - no restart required.
