[nzlug] wrong user/group on mail in imap maildir

Procmail will deliver with the uid/gid it was run with, so if postfix
runs procmail as root, it'll run as root, and create file permissions as
root.
For some odd reason then, postfix is delivering the mail as root. As for
why, I've got no idea.
