[nzlug] Folder synchronization software

Does anyone know of any open source folder synchronisation software. Needs to 
be able to sync both ways, not just one way, and notify of conflicts if there 
are any and preferable work across the network.

The sort of intelligence I'm looking for is a file is deleted in the one 
folder then it gets automatically deleted in the synchronised folder and 
not "restored" from the synchronised folder which is the problem I'm having 
with rsync.
