Contact citylink, since they host the NZ archive:
tim at marvin:~$ host nz.archive.ubuntu.com
nz.archive.ubuntu.com is an alias for ubuntu.citylink.co.nz.
ubuntu.citylink.co.nz has address 202.7.6.10
