I'm the developer/admin for a New Zealand community news website.  It's 
expanding reasonably quickly in terms of the number of users and support 
requests, and is getting to the stage where it's becoming a bigger job 
than one person can handle. They are soon going to require 24x7 server 
monitoring and support, and I need my beauty sleep.

In the beginning the support will be fairly basic, including 
security/software patches, service restarts, monitoring for disk/memory 
usage etc.  Basically just keeping the site running and knowing what to 
do if it falls over. Once it starts expanding further we might have to 
look at clustering/failover etc.

Are there any companies around that offer this type of service? They 
would prefer a New Zealand based company as it's easier to call someone 
in the same time zone.

A few technical details, the site is hosted on Apache on Debian running 
on a Rimuhosting VPS. The site is written in Python with a MySQL 
database behind it. There are also a few PHP/MySQL support apps e.g. for 
bugtracking. The server also runs Exim for outgoing mail but email is 
otherwise handled by Google mail.
