[nzlug] Xine codecs and Mepis

All dvd's use a limited set of codecs.

For video it is always mpeg2

for audio it can be pcm/wav, ac3, mp2 or dts. pcm/wav should be covered
already. ac3 and dts need to be installed for those to work.

dpkg -L|grep ac3
dpkg -L|grep dts
