Had a friend who did something kind of similar. He was cleaning his
hard drive back in the days of Windows '98 and was in the root
directory of the system drive. He didn't know what config.sys,
autoexec.bat, msdos.sys etc. were so put them in a directory of their
own called "dont know".
Suppose it's a consequence to having a half-arsed version of a home directory.
