It only applies when writing in stone. As nothing I say is set in stone, it's
acceptable to use 'u'. And besides, if you want to be that pedantic, it'd
probably be more like:
HOSTESALIENIGENIMEABDVXERVNTQVIANNVSEST
or something.

Surely not being able to indicate the program terminated correctly would be a
bigger issue...
And what is it about that sig anyway? I've had it for a very long time,
however 4 unrelated people have mentioned it in the past few days, which is
the first time it's been brought up in about a year. There must be some kind
of crazy Latin revival going on.
