www.nzoss.org.nz would be a good start for general open source stuff.

linux.net.nz can easily be updated (I am one)... meetings and other such 
stuff are regularly posted (last post end August) - again if you want 
updates to it, let us know what you want posted.

Otherwise reccomend NZOSS as its about 'open source' and not just linux.
