Even with RSync you can struggle to get a sync done in reasonable time.
I set up a couple of offices using RSync overnight for backup and
found the backup taking days - a combination of someone dumping ~3gig
of new files onto the serverone afternoon and Telecom's pathetic DSL
upload bandwidth. 128K (supposedly) upload + 3Gigs of data to transfer
- just do the maths - it's not good news.
