It doesn't look good from where I'm sitting as it would appear your / 
sbin/init has gone missing and perhaps other files along with it:

I would do a fresh install of Fedora with your applications (Apache/ 
Database) on a new disk (preferably with more than 2gig of space).
Then mount your old disk and copy all the relevant data files  
(database/web documents) and config files.
In theory you should be able to get all your data off the disk but  
you may struggle to get your current system back unless you can look  
through the yum logs to figure out exactly what has been deleted.
