Nokia 6600 and other Series 60 phones will run
http://s2putty.sourceforge.net/ - putty port for symbian. Looks like
their are ports to the SonyEricsson version of symbian too so those
phones should work.
I recall having VNC on an i-mate smartphone2 but with only GPRS this
is not much use: the new 3G phones may be better at this. You could
run an SSH server on the windows box?
