Processing it with `pdftotex -layout -metahtml -nopgbrk` gives:

file:///home/porges/Incoming/postcode/postcodedirectory_nomaps.html

...which looks like it would be quite easy to parse with awk. I'm not sure
how to instruct awk to assign headers to columns or something that would
allow it to realize when a field has been skipped. Perhaps someone who
knows its magic more intimately might help :)
