[nzlug] Any way to make the kernel reread disk sizes?

Hi,
I've got a disk array driven by the cpqarray kernel module (essentially a
standard RAID array with a bunch of SCA disks attached). I've extended the
array by another disk.
Usually after a reboot, fdisk shows the correct size for the logical drive.
However, I don't want to reboot the box again, otherwise my users may
strangle me...
Without a reboot fdisk still shows the old size of the logical drive (which
was valid before the extra disk was put in). Is there any way of getting the
kernel to reread the disk size of that disk manually and without the need to
reboot?
Cheers,
Raimund
