Well, a while back I played with greylisting, and the default setup for (IIRC) 
postgrey was to reject each [from, to, server] tuple the first time it was 
seen, and after that, only reject it again if that tuple hadn't been seen for 
a month. That way, people see very few rejections. As I understand it, that's 
how it should be set up.
