Go ahead and blacklist my postfix+greylisting, yet perfectly RFC 
compliant mail server, if it makes you day any better :p

Geez ... there is nothing wrong with greylisting. That's the expectation 
that any mail must arrive within a second which is wrong. Indeed some 
companies may decide that the short delay for the first mail in each 
from->to communication that greylisting imposes is a bigger evil than 
the tons of spam refused but that's their decision. If it isn't 
acceptable for you don't use it. But if it works for me let me use it. 
I'm within the boundaries of the RFC so there is really nothing that may 
upset you. Except for your irrational allergy for greylisting perhaps.
