I don't agree with Greylisting either for all the reasons cited - however
- whilst we are used to the fact that email works quickly, we at the same
time shouldnt be building the expectation that it is 'guarunteed' quick.
Sure, it'll be quick a vast proportion of the time - but we should expect
delays on occaision. And make sure people know this.
People relying on email for mission-critical time-sensitive delivery of
information should always have a plan B. (its called, often, _picking up
the phone_).
