[nzlug] Bluetooth device not showing up in other devices

Ok, I used to be able to use my phone to send things to my laptop just
by 'Send via Bluetooth->Search for devices'. Recently, however, my
laptop is no longer showing up in this list.

This is annoying me because it used to Just Work--I'd send a file and a
box would pop up on my laptop asking if I'd like to accept it.

I can search for and find my phone using the laptop. I am using Ubuntu
Edgy.
