It'll need to be specific to the MTA of your choice if you want to make
it worthwhile. There is an Exim book, but it's not widely available
(although the WAND group may still have some copies left over from NZNOG
05). It also only covers 4.0, and exim is already up to 4.62 or so -
most things are still fine, but it's missing new features such as
exiscan (introduced in 4.5).
