[nzlug] Nagios vs. OpenNMS

I have not have tried OpenNMS, but I have used Nagios on a large scale. My
biggest complaint was that the Nagios Server had to be the one to connect
server being monitored. I think it work the other way, the server being
monitor should dial home. Kind of similar to a burglar alarm.

I have used both, and preferred Nagios, but not for any particular
