The following command issued from the command line will show you any packages 
that are installed with ssh in their name.

dpkg -l | grep ssh

If you are wanting to transfer files from Windows then you may want to check 
out WinSCP (a GUI SCP/SFTP client) and The PuTTY range of utilities.
