So, your sales people charge your customers by the hour?
Open Source or not, this is marketing. Companies pay all sorts of money and
offer all sorts of junkets to try and make them buy their stuff. Red Hat
have previously done a free "come buy our stuff" roadshow. I'm unsure how
this event is different to that. Novell aren't charging people to attend
