Hi Lance 

I'm really sorry to hear that. I was away on a 6 week training course in
Upper Hutt.....so had no show of making the past two meetings. 

To be fair to you and show some respect for your time and effort, I
think we should all agree that if no meeting is confirmed on the list,
then you should not be in the position of opening the venue for no one.
