If possible, an ADSL or cable connection available via an ethernet hub/switch is good. *Max* data use in an evening (if software is downloaded or updated) might be 300MBs.....and a gold coin "koha" to cover the cost to the provider/host is acceptable and usually done (unless we get excited and forget). Access to water for tea / coffee would be nice. Toilets are good. Each attending person should try to bring some sort of biscuit or cookie - preferably home made, but store-bough chocoalte is acceptable. The host gets to keep any leftovers. :-) A power point or two for plugging in systems people might bring along would be good. A table to put things on would be good....though the floor is an acceptable alternative. Just common sense stuff. :-) Steve
