[klug] k3b user permission

I'm using SuSE 9.3 and can't figure out how to give root permission to user so 
I can burn cd-r's.

According to k3b help I can set it up via settings/k3b setup    ...except 
there's no %^*&ing entry under settings nor anywhere else in the program or 
as a separate entry in K menu (as there is with Mandrake/Mandriva).

I've done the Google thing but to no avail.

Is there anyone who can help me via email (in plain english)?.
