Then you take the left image and suppress one colour and the the other in the second image...then overlay them using the centre of interest as the "key". The result can be quite striking. The only real problem with colour images is when there is a lot of red or blue in the photo....as they will turn to black in one eye or the other......or even both if there is a lot of both colours. In that case, the best 3D effect is acheived through converting to grayscale after combining the images (I think it's after).....and they become shades of grey instead of black. Steve .
