You should have four layers (in order from top to bottom)... 1. RED layer #FF0000 for everything (start with a white layer and use bucket fill to colour) 2. Left eye image 3. CYAN layer #00FFFF for everything 4. Right eye image Make the bottom two layers invisible by clicking the eye in Layers dialogue so only Left eye and RED are shown. Make RED have property /home/lancer/Desktop/digital camera/cup3Dglasses1.xcf Set the mode of RED layer to "screen" which will merge it with the Left eye image in a transparent manner. On the Layers dialogue box, right click and choose "merge visible layers" Now make the newly created RED layer invisible, and make the other layers (CYAN and right eye image) reappear. Apply "screen" to the BLUE layer, colourizing it to the right eye image below it. Merge all visible layers. You should now have two layers. Make them all visible and on "normal" mode, but have the topmost layer at 50% opacity. When I do this, I get a 3D image that works well with 3D glasses, but sometimes it's a bit pale. Perhaps Peter has a better way than "screen" to intensify the images? Lance.
