[klug] Dial up connection

Nathan,

You should also check if the user has permission to access the modem 
devices ttys0 and ttyLT0.
Normally there is a group you can add the user to to allow dial out access.

You probably want to know which modem is the default  (ie linked to by 
/dev/modem) as well.
