hey,
       As I see it Nathan is quite correct and CC should be the answer to your
problem as the /home or LDAP network setup should not be effected
as it is internal and CC is basically from Inet-router and vice-versa.
I have to say that CC is a very good answer to internet porn control
and filtering, very good!
