If you want to leave everything as it is thats fine, what you can do is
install another PC inbetween the Server you currently have and the
Wireless link you have. The PC could be any old one and all you need to do
is set it up as a router with 2 NICs inside it forwarding the traffic from
the wireless link to the current server with the new PC also doing the
traffic filtering.

Things you need to know is the IP address of the current server so as not
to conflict and forward to the correct IP address and thats about it, may
take an afternoon to setup maybe more as sometimes you can never tell ;)

Wireless Link --> Router/Internet Filter --> Current Server --> Switch -->
Current PCs

Hope that's clear, you could also add a filterer to each PC with apt-get
or whatever you use.
