[hblug] K/Ubuntu 8.04

I dont think I'll trust the update manager route of getting to 8.04
I tried that with 7.04 > 7.1 and the machine wouldnt boot afterwards, 
requiring a fresh install from cd

I see it can actually install k/ubuntu INTO windows ( just like a 
program ) so you can run it from within windows and uninstall it through 
the add/remove panel.

I suppose thats a good halfway step for someone who just wants to try 
linux. Faster than running from liveCD but not too permanent.

I think 7.10 was a bit shaky and had its share of stability issues ( 
well it did whenever I tried it ) lets hope 8.04 is more solid.
