Paragon are a company that has specialised in making file systems 
readable from other systems.
EG I bought from them software so that I could read NTFS from Windows 98,

Since then they have been working on linux reading NTFS.
They have just announced FREE download of the basic version.

They also have fancier versions that are purchasable at reasonable rates.

So if you are dual booting, go and have a look at their info.
