Does it print color at all? ( from any other program )
If not its probably a blocked print head - which unfortunately means the 
printer is junk
Replacing the print head would cost more than replacing the whole printer.

( Blocked print heads are usually caused by the use of 3rd party inks or 
refill cartridges)
