[hblug] Trust setup meeting

We would like to hold a meeting of HBLUG Members to setup the
"Hawkes Bay Linux Computer Recycling Trust".

Anyone wishing to contribute to the trust is welcome. Original
contributors will require $20 minimum to become trust members. The
original contributors will have an additional right over future trust
members, they will be able to veto new trustees if they choose to call
a meeting to do so. A list of original contributors will be taken and
appended to the deed. You need your money on the night.

Three to five trustees (ideally five) will be selected on the night from
the original contributors. The trustees will be responsible for managing
the trust. The trustees will be looking as per the proposed Trust Deed
to become a fully Registered Charity Board with the Companies Office
under the Charitable Trust Act 1957, Charities Act 2005 and Charities
Commission.

The HBLUG has the responsibility of providing a memorandum of wishes to
the trustees. This will help to provide direction to the trustees but
is not binding. It is a list of wishes that the trustees will try to
achieve but may not be able to. Various reasons (like lack of money) may
prevent these wishes being met.

Trustees may be anyone sixteen or older that is not disqualified due to
certain conditions. More about this on the night.

Also i have just yesterday found out that the Hawkes Bay Community Law
Service will look over the proposed Trust Deed for free (as in beer). I
will have this done before the meeting, the appointment is made.
