The original QWERTY layout was originally devised to prevent two keys
being pressed at nearly the same time and causing the manual hammers 
clashing on the paper on the old clack-clack manual typewriter.

Mr Dvorak on the other hand designed his to allow for faster access for
a touch keyboard. 

Fact is, in repeated tests, it has proved no faster than the original
qwerty keyboard. So why would anyone wish to learn it for other than
novelty value.

You are not going to need a typing tutor, you are going to need a Dvorak
typing tutor. Hmm, Google is your friend. Does Mavis Beacon do Dvorak?
