[hblug] Xbuntu on old pc

Downloaded and installed Xbuntu on a AMD K2-500mhz with 160mb and 8gb hdd.
Bootup time is 2 minutes to the login screen and 30sec after login.
Most apps take 10-15 secs to open.

I seems to recognise and allow setup on the conexant HSF modem but I 
cant figure out how to make a dialup connection to test it.

Other than that, it seems quite usable.
It has Synaptic packet Manager, Firefox, Thunderbird, Gaim, Gimp, 
GQview, gxine, Abiword & Gnumeric Spreadsheet as the main apps.
