[hblug] Refurbishing Computers

I have reasonable traffic to my own website racepics.co.nz (45000 odd 
since Dec 06 ) so I'm willing to put up a page there for the lug to 
advertise.
Ok so its probably not targeted traffic but it costs nothing to do it.
