The unit that I had which was empty, when this idea got
its start, now has a tenant.

Meantime, I'm still plugging away at some USA sources
who do similar things. My request to them was simple.

What are the pitfalls? What should we avoid? How have
you made it work, for you?

The Regional Council contact sounds very useful. Could
an approach be made to the same person regarding
some storage/work space?
