/etc/ntp.conf:

restrict default nomodify noquery

So this does still had the old pool address.

Originally I had assumed that IPCop Gui wrote to this file, but it 
doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. So why 2 different 
configurations? It wouldn't be so surprising if it was a general purpose 
Linux, but as a dedicated IPCop machine/system it seems bizare.
