Now the way I was reading that Help file, it seems that ntpdate won't
run at the same time as ntpd.
As I read this log it says that ntpd is running.
So presumably this is where the conflict is.
And no I don't need the high precision of ntpd. So long as I'm within
the minute all the time.
Interesting to note that despite these disagreements:
My desktop box, my IPcop box, and my cell phone have somehow ending up
synching their times as opposed to 8 minutes between them at the weekend.
