[hblug] website set up - offtopic

Hi all,

Just wondering if you can steer to some resources about how to set up a 
website.  It's for a relatively small group to keep in contact, but 
needs to be visible (ie picked up by google), some sort of moderation to 
prevent objectionable material being posted, and maybe a mailing list or 
forum board.
